This website is operated by DebAkint Tech & Data Management ("DebAkint", "we", "us"), a company based in the United Kingdom (company number 16765612). We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at ask@debakint.tech.

Enquiry form. When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, and optionally your organisation, telephone number, area of interest, timeframe, budget range and a description of your requirements, together with the type of enquiry you selected.

How you found us. With your enquiry we record campaign information contained in the link you used to arrive (such as UTM parameters), the referring website and the page you first landed on. This helps us understand which channels bring enquiries.

Abuse prevention. To limit spam and repeated automated submissions, we store a one-way hashed (non-reversible) form of your IP address alongside your enquiry.

Chat assistant. If you use the "Ask DebAkint" assistant, the messages you type are sent to an AI model provider to generate a reply. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Email. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

• To prepare proposals and manage any resulting business relationship.
• To protect the website and our inbox from spam and abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how people find us.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our consultancy, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for automated decision-making.

We use trusted service providers to operate this website: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider (which forwards enquiries to our inbox) and, for the chat assistant only, an AI model provider. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, and review stored enquiries periodically. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, correct and delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email ask@debakint.tech. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
